Reporting that the appliance was damaged before packing.

Upon opening, we discovered that the appliance was damaged – EVIDENTLY PRIOR – to being packed up. No exterior evidence of interference, even the Styrofoam packing components were in perfect condition.

Note that the box was not damaged in the shipping process. Particularly the image of the rear of the box.

We also note that the internal Styrofoam pads were complete – they had not been fractured.

Only upon unpacking was the damage visible.
